Human relations

Every State has a human relations policy in effect that states the rules on how people are expected to be treated fairly. Some of the most common areas that are talked about are the way race is referred to and handled in a variety of ways. Everyone is expected to be treated as equals. The person should be able to be treated fairly if they follow a different religion than anyone else.

The human relations aspect is usually tendered quite carefully when sex is discussed. Whether the sex deals with the gender you were born with, or choose to transfer to because you feel an error was made in the womb. Some people handle the human relations forum of gay relationships differently than people who have stated that they are heterosexual. Why this is necessary is beyond any sane way of thinking.

Because of human relations law, people have the right to be who they are, and strive to achieve excellence in anything they choose to do. This legislation is focused on eliminating unfair treatment in any area of industry. With human relations legislation, there have been great strides made in making handicapped individuals feel more welcome in the workplace. Ramps are now required to provide them access into the places where they work, and shop, and go for recreational purposes.

There are further legislation efforts that afford human relations efforts to be expanded to the level of recognizing same sex marriages as equal to those that are found in other multi-culture marriage arenas such as Hispanic’s marrying outside their race, Latino marriages that might marry into the varied Asian cultures, and bi-racial marriages that have held a stigma for many years for no reason whatsoever but only because they are different. Gay marriages are only an expansion of human relations found in the diverse cultures that live throughout the world.

When human relations start centering on how people can help each other prosper in the world rather than on their sexual preferences and income levels, then perhaps the world will become a better place because of the effort of many. The focus on human relations with third-world countries is much more important than who someone chooses to have sex with on any night of the week.

Better human relations might find a cure for the Aids epidemic that is ravaging all countries and killing off their populations. People might find time for further research, and use money that is earmarked for war efforts to cure any number of diseases that kill people every day. If there were better human relations it would not be necessary to fight terrorism tooth and nail and subject people to baggage and body cavity searches at every airport that they choose to fly from.
